Novartis Ireland Welcomes the 2020 Graduate Intake

Covid-19 has forced us challenged to change how we get things done. Innovative new ways of working are being fully embraced at Novartis in Ireland. In Dublin, this Autumn our 2020 graduate intake have started their new jobs virtually. We are delighted to have them on board and hope they enjoy their Novartis journey.
'Welcome to all the new graduates who are joining us', said Pedro Lopez, Head of Novartis Global Service Centre, Dublin, 'this is the first time we have taken on such a significant number of graduates in a formalised programme here at Novartis in Dublin and I’d like to congratulate the team in Dublin for making it a possibility in the middle of a pandemic. Our new associates will find a really comprehensive training & development programme ahead of them and gain valuable experience in the months to come. We hope to see them in person in Dublin soon.'
