Neurological Alliance, Brain Council and Novartis host a public meeting for Brain Week.

A very well attended meeting was held in Trinity College in March 2016, titled "Minds Matter: Understanding and Protecting Your Brain".

The meeting was introduced by Mags Rogers of the Neurological Alliance of Ireland and the first Speaker was Prof. Niall Pender, Consultant Neuropsychologist and Chairman of the Brain Council. He was followed by Prof. Sabina Brennan of Trinity College who spoke on Brain Health.  Professor Tim Lynch, Consultant Neurologist, Mater Hospital, concluded the meeting with his patient, Leona Daly
