Caring for our people
At Novartis Group companies, our associates focus on achievement through innovation. Part of our mission is to adequately support and reward those who invest ideas and work in our company.
We were one of the first international companies to develop and implement a voluntary commitment to pay a living wage – to all associates around the world.
Novartis is dedicated to safety, and we work to promote a safe and healthy workplace. Through Be Healthy, our company-wide health and well-being initiative, we work to enable associates to maintain and improve their overall health, fitness and nutrition.
We also are committed to advancing associates' careers through diversity and inclusion, a fair and transparent talent review process and a wide variety of learning, mentoring and professional development programs.
